As the product evolved from an early-stage MVP into a premium technology offering, the opportunity was to elevate both the brand and product experience to better reflect its ambition. We evolved the brand identity that reflects the premium, confident, and intelligent nature of the product, and designed an intuitive app experience that turns coaching conversations into meaningful, actionable insights - striking the balance between surfacing important ‘at a glance’ information while giving users the ability to explore their personal growth data in more depth if they choose to.
