We partnered with an ambitious, fast-growing ASX-listed software company to create a visual identity for their foundational leadership program. Level Up was designed for early-career leaders looking to build confidence and capability. The challenge was to create a brand that felt engaging and relevant to this audience, while still aligning with and reinforcing the organisation’s core brand.
We evolved the program’s original branding into a distinctive visual system inspired by 8-bit design and millennial gaming nostalgia. Familiar cues of progress, momentum, and skill-building were used to create an identity that feels intuitive and engaging within a modern software organisation, while remaining clearly connected to the parent brand. The result is a confident, ownable program identity that feels fresh, motivating, and built to last as future leaders grow and progress.
